David Wluka, President of Wluka Real Estate Corp., is a Realtor and development consultant with more than 30 years of experience in real estate sales, development, zoning, subdivision, land planning and marketing. He is a Boston University alumnus from where he holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association and B'Nai B'rith Realty Unit.
As part of his commitment to smart growth and housing, he serves on a number of Board, State and National Association of Realtors committees and work groups. He was honored as the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Realtor of the Year in 1994. He helped establish and served on the first Board of Directors of MLS-PIN, the statewide MLS Property Information Network. He is the 2002 recipient of the Milton H. Shaw Distinguished Service Award for Outstanding Volunteer Leadership to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
Mr. Wluka has provided real estate consulting services to municipalities, government agencies, land owners and developers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine since 1968. He has also been directly involved in the marketing of large development projects, giving him a unique vertical perspective on the development process from raw land through its approval, construction and ultimate sale to the end user.
In addition to traditional real estate brokerage, he has in the past provided or currently provides services for a broad range of real estate related projects. These include planning, development and marketing of several large residential and industrial tracts in eastern Massachusetts; site identification and permitting for hot mix asphalt plants; marketing of quarries, hot mix asphalt plants and sand and gravel operations; site searches for nursing home and assisted living facilities; small electric power plant sites; thoroughbred race track development; water parks, theme parks, and site evaluations for development of a Swedish-technology panelized house factory in the United States.

Nancy Wluka, a principal of Wluka Real Estate Corporation has nearly forty years of experience in the leasing and sales of retail, office and industrial real estate.
Representing buyers as a Buyers Agent as well as Sellers to list, market, lease, buy and sell properties for individual and corporate clients, franchisers, franchisees and shopping center developers. Nancy is a graduate of the New England School of Art, Boston and Rhode Island School of Art. Continuing education and a CCIM candidate keep her updated on the changing real estate market.
In l993 and l994 as a licensed auctioneer, she consulted for Kennedy Wilson, a national commercial and residential real estate auction company. Nancy assessed and photographed properties, coordinated real estate brokers in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, gathered, organized and processed information for due diligence marketing brochures, provided customer service information, mediated relationships and negotiations between buyers and sellers, represented properties at auction and post auction sales. Auction properties were offered by Shawmut Bank, Bank of Boston, FDIC, Midland Loan Services in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Main and New Hampshire.
Nancy has provided real estate services and locations many property owners leasing their retail and medical suites. Also franchisees as Diet Workshop of Boston in over a dozen locations in Southeastern Massachusetts and several sites for Dunkin Donuts as a Buyer Agent as well as traditional brokerage. Nancy was 1999 Chairman of the Board of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce, a Director and Ambassador for the NVCC, she was recognized as the NVCC's 2002 Volunteer of the Year. As a Realtor, she is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts, South Shore Women's Business Network, and serves as Communication Catalyst for the Neponset Valley Success Network. She has been on the Board of Directors of New England Sinai Hospital, Stoughton.
